The entire interior is furnished to offer comfortable and easy living. In the house we find a large open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. The living room has two large sofas, air-conditioning, satellite TV, smart TV and Wifi. A decorative fireplace gives it a nice, rustic touch. There is also small work area. From this living room you can access its beautiful, peaceful tropical garden.
In addition, the Casa has 2 bedrooms, one with a large bed (two beds pushed together), with air conditioning, built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Second bedroom faces the swimming pool area and also has built-in closet, double bed (no A/C). There is also a family bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
Behind the house there is an open but covered terrace where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view. A private 4x2 m pool invites you to relax and breathe in the fantastic tranquility of the area. A pergola with adjacent barbecue and outside shower completes this idyllic setting.
The road to Casa Margaritha is a tarmac and it is easily accessible all the way. Located just 2 km from picturesque Árchez village and 6 km from popular village of Cómpeta where you will find everything you need for your holiday: several small supermarkets, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, internet café, souvenir shops, medical centre, dentist, tourist information and much more.
