GENERAL TERMS OF RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
1. RESERVATION REQUEST. The request must be made online by completing information such as full name, address, ID, mobile phone, email and approximate time of arrival.
The acceptance of reservations is subject to availability and is deemed reserved once the information has been received by the company regarding the receipt of the transfer or online payment.
2. PAYMENTS. Once the reservation is confirmed, within a maximum period of 3 days, we must receive confirmation of the payment of the advance payment corresponding to 30% of the total reservation, which must have been received by rural Las Casillas within a maximum period of one week after the reservation confirmation. .
Once payment has been received, you will receive the reservation voucher in pdf by email with all the reservation details and arrival information.
The house will be delivered clean and in perfect habitable condition. Prices include normal consumption of electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels (pool towels depend on accommodation) and 10% VAT.
Central heating accessories, cot, high chair, pets, etc. They will be paid in cash upon arrival.
3. COMPLEMENTS. If you want to use central heating (radiators or underfloor heating depending on what the accommodation has), you would have to pay a supplement of €20 per night. You must notify at least 2 days in advance.
It is possible to bring a crib or high chair home. The supplement would be €25 and €10 respectively.
4. BAIL. The client would have to provide a deposit of €100 if their reservation is for 2-3 nights. €150 if it is a week of 7 nights, and €200 if it is more than 7 nights, which will be returned within 3 business days following the day the reservation ends after having verified that there has been no damage.
IMPORTANT: Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you are accepting that any possible damages caused by you or your companions will be deducted from the deposit.
5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Please be sure to inform us of the approximate time of your arrival and any delays or setbacks. We always try to receive our clients at any time and as soon as possible. Official entry times are between 4:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. There will be no problem if you want to occupy the home before 4:00 p.m., as long as there are no clients leaving that same day.
If arrival occurs at 9:30 p.m. or later, a supplement of €50 must be paid, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
They must be vacated on the day of departure before 11:00 am.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES OF RESERVATIONS: At any time the consumer can withdraw or cancel his reservation. You must inform yourself by phone as soon as possible and immediately confirm the cancellation in writing. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the cancellation costs are constituted as follows:
More than 5 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount.
- 14 days before arrival 50% of the total reservation.
- 7 days before arrival, the company will retain 100% of the reservation.

In cases where the client requests the cancellation of the reservation and refund of the money due to force majeure, this will be valued solely and exclusively by the Rural Las Casillas company and it will be at its discretion whether or not to return part or all of the amount of the reservation. booking.
In cases where the consumer wishes to make changes to their reservation once it is confirmed, these will be subject to availability. Changes to reservations will generate a charge of €50. In the event that due to unforeseen or special circumstances, Rural Las Casillas is forced to change the reserved accommodation due to technical problems, it is not available, the company must notify the consumer as soon as possible and will try to offer accommodation of the same category and similar characteristics or a full refund of the amount paid.
7. Pets: In almost our rural accommodation pets are allowed (max. 2). We inform you that if you bring your pet you will have to pay a supplement of €50 (once per stay) in cash upon arrival.
8. CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITIES: The client is fully and exclusively responsible for:
- The accommodation and responsible treatment and care of it.
- To leave the accommodation upon departure in a reasonable condition
- Any damage or damage caused to the house during your stay.
- When making the reservation, you must make a correct declaration of the number of people who will occupy the accommodation, without omitting children, regardless of their age, or pets.
8. CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITIES: The client is fully and exclusively responsible for:

- To leave the accommodation upon departure in a reasonable condition
- Any damage or damage caused to the house during your stay.

IMPORTANT: In no case can the maximum capacity (number of people) of the contracted rural accommodation be exceeded. Please note that entry may be denied to those persons who are not declared or registered, as well as the immediate cancellation of the reservation with the corresponding cancellation fees, with no grounds for claims for this reason.
9. CLAIMS: Claims must be made directly to our office at the time the cause that originates it occurs. Rural las Casillas will examine it as soon as possible and will try to solve the problem during your stay. If this is not possible, you will be notified of the solution to the problem within 14 days following the end of the stay.
